"Clarice was adopted into our family last October. It has been an interesting and amazing experience seeing Louie interact with her, talk to her, and make her feel wanted and needed. She is starting to open her mind and thoughts to life as she sees it, with Louie as her guide. This is something special that I would have never expected from Louie, being a human-raised-Budgie. The last few months have been very interesting to see them interact as Louie is apparently teaching her to cope in a human world."

Clarice didn't talk much until she met Louie and Brad, however, once she did it only took her a few months to master the English language and start talking in sophisticated conversational language. I look forward to hearing and analyzing more recordings from her.

In this one Clarice and Louie talk about how much they love each other and why they want to have a budgie family
This one shows how much budgies are like people when they start thinking about having a family. They worry about things like where are they going to stay, will they always be safe and have enough food to eat and how they will be raised. They also look at the work that is involved and if they are ready to take on such a challange.
Clarice talks about the amount of time it took for her to get introduced to Louie. In her eyes one year was too much of a wait.
This is a short but very sweet one by Clarice. In it she has some inspriational things to say to me to support what I am doing. She talks a little but about some of the problems we had in the group and blames it on people being upset and then she decides she has said enough and flies away to chase Louie.
This is a heart breaker where Clarice talks about the trouble she is have producing fertile eggs and asks them to be blessed for the next time.
