Eddie is rated about a 5 in context and understanding. At times he is much clearer in his recordings and but his clarity drops when he throws in the sound effects. Eddie is an excellent example of how budgies often hide words and phrases in sounds. When he get on a role he has the ability to speak in sophisticated conversational language telling us exactly what he is thinking.
